how it all started
NESIA FOOD was founded in 2017 by Takim, Maria, and their son Michael, driven by a shared passion for Indonesian cuisine. Delicious Indonesian food should be available to everyone. Hence our motto: “NESIA FOOD is for everyone.”
We import our products directly from Indonesia, so that you can taste the authentic Indonesian flavor in the Netherlands as well.
To this day, we supply supermarkets, Asian grocery stores, and hospitality businesses throughout the Netherlands and Europe, with an assortment of over 100 products. Father Takim, son Vincent, and son Michael continue running the company: Vincent handles logistics, Takim purchasing, and Michael marketing.
