2,5cm galangal
2kg meat

  2. Then fry the ground spices in the pan and add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
  3. Add lemongrass, lime leaves and galangal for extra delicious aroma.
  4. Add beef and cook until cooked through
  5. Add water to the pan
  6. Add 10 tablespoons of fibercreme to the pan as a substitute for coconut milk
  7. Add palm sugar in the pan and stir it well
  8. Finally, add toasted coconut. Mix and stir well in the pan.
