We are committed to delivering your order in the most efficient way possible. Please read this information carefully before placing an order.
Shipping options
We offer two shipping options for your convenience. You can choose to pick up your order by yourself, or we can send the order via our own courier service. The shipment should be within the Netherlands and the value of the order is at least €500.
For foreign countries, an external transport company is used. Depending on the country, distance traveled or according to an agreed negotiation, the prices for shipping abroad may vary. So the estimated delivery times and shipping costs depend on your location and the type of shipping chosen.
Shipping and delivery
We do our best to ship your order as complete as possible within the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that products are out of stock. After your order, you will be contacted and products that are not in stock will be listed.
Please also note that estimated delivery times are for reference only and we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance or carrier delays.
As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation via WhatsApp, by phone or by email. In this way, you know exactly when to expect your order and you can prepare accordingly.
International shipping
We ship worldwide, but please note that international shipments may be subjected to customs duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and we have no control over these charges or delivery times.
