Return conditions
- Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Returns must be reported to our customer service team in advance.
- Custom made or personalized products are excluded from returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return. After you have stated and approved your reason for the return, you can return the product to the return address provided by us.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will contact you for a possible credit.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or there is an error on our part.
